Pro Spiro PC-Spirometer for pulmonary function testing – Currency supply by USB-Port – Mobile operation capability.
The spirometer database is integrated at the digital Diagnostic Center software.
Forced ex-and inspiration
Static vital capacity measurement
Maximal voluntary ventilation
GDT / HL7
Measurement modes:
Forced ex-and inspiration Hard inhalation, followed by a fast expiration and a fast, deep inspiration.
In this mode the device measures the following parameters:
FVC Forced Vital Capacity
The amount of air, which the patient moves while exhaling as fast and as deep as possible.
FIVC Forced inspiratory vital capacity
The volume change of the lung between a maximal expiration to residual volume and a full inspiration to total lung capacity.
FEV1 Forced Expiratory Volume 1 sec
The volume of air exhaled during the first 1 seconds.
FEV1/FVC
The ratio of FEV1 and the Forced Vital Capacity.
FEV6Forced Expired Volume 1 sec
The volume of air exhaled during the first 6 seconds.
PEF Peak Expiratory Flow rate
The greatest exhalation flow during forced exhaling.
FEF25 Forced mid-Expiratory Flow rate
The calculated flow at 25% of forced exhaling.
FEF50 Forced mid-Expiratory Flow rate
The calculated flow at 50% of forced exhaling.
FEF75 Forced mid-Expiratory Flow rate
The calculated flow at 75% of forced exhaling.
MMEF2550 Maximum midexpiratory flow
This is the average expiratory flow over the middle half of the FVC.
MMEF2575 Maximum midexpiratory flow
This is the average expiratory flow over the middle half of the FVC.
FET Forced Expiratory Time
The time of forced expiration.
FIV1 Forced Inspiratory Volume 1 sec
The amount of air inhaled during the first 1.0 seconds of forced inhalation.
PIF Peak Inspiratory Flow rate
The greatest flow during forced inhalation.
FIF25 Forced inspiratory flow at 25%
Forced inspiratory flow at 25% of inhaled volume.
FIF50 Forced inspiratory flow at 50%
Forced inspiratory flow at 50% of inhaled volume.
FIF75 Forced inspiratory flow at 75%
Forced inspiratory flow at 75% of inhaled volume.
EV
Static vital capacity measurement Vital capacity is the amount of air inhaled after a full exhalation.
In this mode, the device measures the following parameters:
VC Vital Capacity
The volume change of the lung between a full inspiration and a maximal expiration.
IVC Inspiratory Vital Capacity
Inspiratory vital capacity is the amount of air, which the patient inhales after a full exhalation.
IC Inspiratory Capacity
The maximum amount of air a person can expel from the lungs after first filling the lungs to their maximum extent and then expiring to the maximum extent.
ERV Expiratory Reserve Volume
Expiratory reserve volume is the largest volume of air a patient is able to expiration from an average relaxed expiratory endpoint.
TV Tidal Volume
The breath volume is the average amount of air moved during relaxed breathing cycles.
TI Inspiratory time
Resting inspiratory average time
TE Expiratory time
Resting expiratory average time
VE Ventilation at rest
RR Respiratory rate
The number of breaths per minute
TV/TI Tidal Volume / Inspiratory time
Resting inspiratory average flow
TE/TI Expiratory time / Inspiratory time
The ratio of TE and TI
Maximal voluntary ventilation Maximum amount of air during continuous breathing.
In this mode the device measures the following parameters:
MVV Maximal Voluntary Ventilation
he volume of air moved in one minute during maximal voluntary respiration.
